Our client is a well-established Australian IT Solutions and Consulting group offering a range of Integrated solutions to the Government and Enterprise Marketplace.
They are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage the day to day operation of assigned accounts. The role is responsible for managing operational relationships and work closely with internal support teams in the delivery of service at an operational level.
You will be across high priority and cyber security incidents, ensuring that they are being managed by the Service Desk or escalated where required and manage the delivery of Service Requests, ensuring that these are provisioned/fulfilled to the Clients’ requirements.
Ideal candidates will be experienced professionals with a proven track record in the growth, implementation, delivery and on-going maintenance of Client services within the IT sector. You will have high-level planning, management and problem solving skills and extensive experience in developing professional networks and relationships at a senior level both internal and external.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Manage & develop the highest standards of client relations
- Manage all aspects of both operational and commercial delivery relating to the provision of key services to clients
- On-going Management of the client facing Service Level Management Process with the goal of maintaining and improving service quality to clients.
- Monitor, review and report on service performance to clients
- Development, review and management of Service Level Agreements
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue through the development of services
- Leverage of the ITIL Service Management and delivery frameworks into the team and with process partners
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced professional, with a proven track record in the growth, implementation, delivery and on-going maintenance of Client services within the IT sector and with the following: - A solid technical background, with in-depth knowledge of server, network and security infrastructure, design and support.
- High-level planning, management and problem solving skills. Ability to think strategically and manage change processes.
- Extensive experience in developing professional networks and relationships at a senior level both internal and external to the organisation.
- Technical and Business Change management skills
- Managed service experience and a proven ability to build, develop and implement strategies for service improvement.
- Strong understanding of service management and service delivery models, processes, and methodologies.
