With a well-established presence in Australia they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales execs and build on their relationships with key retail partners.
Focusing on Quarterly planning, driving sales, delivering superior support and services together with the management, planning and promotion of sales incentives.
The successful candidate will lead the division towards meeting and exceeding sales objectives, increasing the customer base and ongoing development of a strong Victorian presence.

- Solid experience in Sales Management within the Retail Consumer Electronics industry
- Extensive experience in and knowledge of the Victorian retail CE market
- Good team leadership/mentoring skills
- Solid experience in building and maintaining Key relationships with State partners
- Demonstrable experience in and understanding of Strategic Sales Strategies, territory management & sales planning practices and principals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- A good knowledge of current trends and the Australian/International competitive landscape
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
