Our client is a multinational electronics company focusing on Home Entertainment, Home Appliances, Air Conditioning, and Energy Solutions A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Technically minded individual to assist the Service and Sales teams manage service requests.

This broad and varied role requires a highly motivated professional who will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling, entering and maintaining service repairs
  • Ensure Prompt responses to service requests
  • Follow up on incomplete repairs
  • Support Departments with all calls and enquires
  • Maintain and monitor back order spare parts list

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Previously worked in a call centre environment or related customer service background
  • Worked within a Multi-National organisation
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
