Our client is a well-regarded International manufacturer of Commercial Displays and Consumer Electronics.
With a well-established presence in New Zealand they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales execs and build on their relationships with key partners including System Integrators, Resellers, Distributors and AV Consultants. Focusing on Quarterly planning, driving sales, delivering superior support and services together with the management, planning and promotion of sales incentives.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in and knowledge of the New Zealand Commercial Video Display/Signage market
- Good team leadership/mentoring skills
- Solid experience in building and maintaining Key relationships with National partners
- Demonstrable experience in and understanding of Strategic Sales Strategies, territory management & sales planning practices and principals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- A good knowledge of current trends and the New Zealand/International competitive landscape
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
