Our Client is an international leader in the distribution of technology products and solutions to Corporate and Enterprise customers via a national network of partners.
With a well-established presence in Australia they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Security Product Specialist. The position includes, in consultation with key stakeholders, the development of a Strategic Business plan, qualification of strategic channel partners and ensuring internal processes, pricing, stock and profit objectives support the Vendor agency and are met.
The successful candidate will be an experienced business developer, with a solid technology background and a good understanding of network security solutions. You will be able to demonstrate success in identifying, developing and closing strategic opportunities. You will have a background and understanding of developing solutions both direct to end users and via channel partners.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Solid experience selling in a technology distribution/channel environment
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed targets and KPI’s
- A self-motivated, result-orientated attitude
- High level presentation and communication skills
- A detailed understanding of the sales process and solution selling methodologies
- The ability to think strategically and create solutions that deliver significant benefits to clients
