Job Description
Our client is a global IT consulting practice and is seeking IT Audit/Security professionals to help organisations gain insight into the threats inherent in today’s highly complex technologies.
Some General Knowledge & Skills required include:
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required
- Knowledge of IT auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting
- IT Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle
- IT Management Processes (e.g. ITIL processes)
- IT Governance and Risk Management
- Information Security
Some Required Technical Knowledge & Skills include:
- Ability to plan and deliver scaled and effective risk mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of relevant, cyber-security risk management methodologies – ISO31000, NIST
- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT, CIS, ISO)
- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies
- Proficient in relevant security and vulnerability assessment tools and services – Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, Tripwire, Nessus
Educational & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Information Systems)
- 5+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services
- Relevant Professional Certification such as CISA, PRINCE2, CRISC, CISSP, or PCI-DSS QSA strongly preferred
