- Reconciliation & verification of customers claims/invoices with sales information.
- Registration of all sales rebate requests
- Monitoring of all transactions including reconciliation of accrual rebates versus sales
- Provide accrual reconciliation reports against sales
- Investigate, reconcile & process credit payments & rebate claims.
- Prepare deduction reports
- Experience in an Accounting/Finance administration role managing activities associated with accruals, P&L Balancing and Management accounting
- Worked within a Multi-National organisation
- Experience in sales analysis and statistical reporting
- Advanced MS Office and Excel
- Strong time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
