The purpose of this position is to provide support to the CEO by delivering executive level administrative assistance, clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence, preparing presentations and scheduling, coordinating and recording meetings and other tasks as required.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in providing executive support and assistance at a senior level,
- Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels
- Oral and written communication skills including emails, telephone calls and correspondence
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- High level of proficiency in the use of MS office specially MS Word
- Certificate in Business Administration (Desirable)
