They are currently seeking a corporate Receptionist to manage their front desk. This is a full time position starting June 7, 2017 for a 6 week contract.
- Location: Chatswood
- Salary: $30/hour + Superannuation
- Answer and redirect telephone calls
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- General administrative and clerical support duties
- Prepare documents and other administrative assistance as required
- Building & facilities management
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, overseas parcels and couriers
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- Professional and polished presentation
- Preferably 1-2 years of reception experience
- Preferably - Fluent with Mandarin
