The Company:
Multinational Networking and Telecommunications company.

The Role:
They are currently seeking a corporate Receptionist to manage their front desk. This is a full time position starting June 7, 2017 for a 6 week contract.

  • Location: Chatswood
  • Salary: $30/hour + Superannuation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect telephone calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • General administrative and clerical support duties
  • Prepare documents and other administrative assistance as required
  • Building & facilities management
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, overseas parcels and couriers

Skills Required:

  • Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
  • Professional and polished presentation
  • Preferably  1-2 years of reception experience
  • Preferably - Fluent with Mandarin
