Job Description

Our client specialises in the design, deployment and integration of services for high performance communications networks. They provide engineering and planning services, through to equipment supply, installation, commissioning and integration. Their core clients are organisations within the telecommunications, emergency services, public safety, utilities and mining industries. Their services allow clients to optimise their network utilisation, expand network coverage and leverage their network investment. Giving them increased value, more effective solutions and secure, dependable services.

They are seeking an experienced project engineer to pre and post sales technical support of design, construction and maintenance projects within their clients' extensive wireless networks. Focussing on consulting, solution design, technical presentations, delivery and implementation of Cellular DAS solutions to Telecommunication Carriers, Wireless Infrastructure providers and the Public Safety industry.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and expertise: 
  • Experience in designing and consulting on Mobile Network Infrastructure solutions with a specific focus on Distributed Antenna Systems.
  • Solid experience experience in technical support of Telco Network rollouts and maintenance projects
  • Experience managing diverse complex projects with customer facing responsibilities
  • Solid expertise in contract management/administration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Worked in a vendor, consultancy or reseller environment
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
