With a well-established presence in New Zealand they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Execs building on their relationships with key retail partners.
The successful candidate will lead the division towards meeting and exceeding sales objectives, increasing the customer base and the ongoing development of a strong New Zealand presence. Focusing on quarterly planning, driving sales, delivering superior support and services together with the management, planning and promotion of sales incentives.
Ideal candidates will have:
Solid experience in Sales Management within the Consumer Electronics industry
Extensive experience in and knowledge of the New Zealand retail CE market
Good team leadership/mentoring skills
Solid experience in building and maintaining Key relationships with national partners
Demonstrable experience in and understanding of Strategic Sales Strategies, territory management & sales planning practices and principals
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent time management & organisational skills
A good knowledge of current trends and the New Zealand/International competitive landscape
Excellent presentation and communication skills
