Job Title: Technical Trainer
Location: NSW - Ryde               Permanent position.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to support the learning objectives of various technical training programs.
2. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and online, covering topics such as product features, installation procedures, configuration settings, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
3. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including customers, partners, and internal staff.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to stay current on product updates and new releases, ensuring that training materials and programs are up-to-date.
