About You You are a dynamic and energetic individual who is polished and professional in both appearance, personal interaction, and all communications.
Possessing superb communication skills means that you are capable of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Ideally you would have been in a similar position with at least 2 years’ experience working within the security and surveillance industry. You will be expected to hit the ground running, with a strong understanding of delivering security & surveillance solutions. Ideal candidates would be someone from the surveillance and security industry, CCTV security integrators, distributors, or consultants or have a strong IT background.
To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients and fellow sales people.
About the Role You will be accountable for technical support and advising on solutions as part of the post-sales process, based on an in-depth understanding of the technical capabilities and design of security platforms and solutions.

Your Responsibilities This role requires you to provide technical support resources to our valued customers and assist with solution development in a timely manner.
Requirements - The ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A broad IT knowledge, with the ability to apply this knowledge to security and surveillance solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to always follow through on promises made to internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- The ability to solve problems and identify ways for process improvement.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- The ability to communicate, present and instruct customers of varying levels of competency
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Security and surveillance market knowledge will be desirable but not essential as you will be expected to be a quick learner with continuous training provided
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Working knowledge or understanding of Server and Storage architecture and the fundamentals in Networking and Security would be desirable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a high proficiency in English
