Our Client is a global leader in the supply and support of leading edge technology products and solutions to Corporate and Enterprise customers via a national network of partners.
With a well-established presence in Australia, they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support specialist to take a Pre Sales role in their team focusing on the consultation, presentation and pricing of storage, security and cloud solutions and services to new and existing customers / resellers.
To be successful in this role you need to have the following background:
- Technical customer support within a ICT provider - msp, vendor, distributor or similar
- Solid experience in a high pressure, customer facing role
- An excellent, ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work
- A technical aptitude and broad understanding of the ICT industry
