Business Development Manager/State Manager Full time Permanent – based in Adelaide.

About You Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager/State Manager to help them continue their growth in the Oceania Region. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads focusing on security products selling in the vertical segment. Ideal candidates would be someone from CCTV security integrators, distributors, or consultants.
Requirements - A minimum of 4+ years of proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a surveillance and security market
- Proven sales track record in getting new business and achieving company goals in a surveillance and security market
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a high proficiency in English.
- Excellent presentation, Communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Security and surveillance market knowledge will be highly considered.
- Time management and planning skills
- Bachelor degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
