ServiceNow Consultant and Developer
Permanent position based in Sydney CBD (or can be Brisbane based – WFO)
Work from office is required in Sydney.
 
To the job
Our client is looking for someone with at least 4+ years' experience in ServiceNow consulting and development to join our team delivering high quality products for our customers.
10+ years of IT experience in software, API integration development or similar. 


Job tasks and responsibilities

• Configuration, development and support based on the various ServiceNow solutions including IT, Employee and Customer workflows
• Analysing and documenting business requirements for projects
• Integrations with varying systems for automation

  
Skills and experience

• Working with latest ServiceNow releases
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Now Platform and product suite
• Integration Hub & Flow Designer expertise
• Service Portal widget development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to gather and document client requirements & provide solution design
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

 
Certifications

• ServiceNow certifications required - please outline your certifications
