Role Description The Enterprise Technology Systems Program Office (ETSPO) Project Manager will manage a diverse range of Technical Information Communications and Technology (ICT) projects. The project capabilities include technology which is multi component, cloud based and on premise systems such as access management, deployable, and data flow systems.
Working under broad direction the Project Manager will typically be responsible for (but in some instances not exclusively) the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

SFIA Skills Required Description Below PRMG 5 RLMT 5 Other Skills and Knowledge Statement of Suitability Against Other Skills and Knowledge 1. Project Management Certification (AIPM Certification at CPPM or other equivalent certification).
2. Knowledge of IT systems design and development processes.
3. Previous knowledge of, or experience with, DEF 7013 Project or Advanced & Strategic Capabilities program administration would be highly regarded.
Major Responsibilities: Statement of Suitability Against Major Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the planning, cost estimating, management and delivery of new capability and system enhancements. Plan and manage phases of system development or enhancement including requirement analysis, high-level system design, testing, implementation and transition to operations.
2. Conduct key stakeholder engagement activities to ensure alignment with business case objectives, required outcomes and requirements established by the stakeholders, process owners and internal service providers and technical directors.
3. Develop and obtain approval for key project documentation including but not limited to High Level Design, Project Plan/Proposal and Stage Plans.
4. Manage the project ensuring consistency with the organisation’s project methodology.
5. Manage project risks and issues, providing leadership in the resolution.

Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use (agile, waterfall, etc.).
Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Role Description The Enterprise Technology Systems Program Office (ETSPO) Requirements Manager role will be responsible for the capture of requirements and business processes to facilitate translation into technical solutions. The role will provide direct support to the Project Managers delivering an Advanced & Strategic Capability Information Environment.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently within broad guidelines to contribute to the definition of multiple tranches of work. The Requirements Manager will need to work collaboratively with other Project staff at all times. This will involve working with business stakeholders, project managers, systems architects, security stakeholders and other groups as required, to identify and develop requirements, configuration and analyse risks towards the project.

Capture, understand, validate and manage business requirements from subject matter experts and solution architects to facilitate the transformation and translation into technical solutions.
