Our Client is an international leader in the Manufacture, Development and Supply of Consumer Electronic products via an extensive range of retail stores.
They are seeking a Office Coordinator to ensure the office operates smoothly by managing the varied responsibilities that keep the office running. This is a combined role encompassing reception and operation coordination, providing support on all operational activities including travel management / general procurement and operation administration duty.
Ideal candidates will have
- 2 – 5 year experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in office coordination
- Microsoft Office suite intermediate to advance competence
- High Level organization skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Adaptability, flexibility, ability to prioritize under pressure
