NSW/ACT State Manager
Based in Sydney – North Ryde - Permanent

Job Summary
As the NSW/ACT State Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all business operations and sales activities within the NSW/ACT region. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the video surveillance, security, or technology industry.
3. Strong knowledge of the security industry, including video surveillance, access control, and related technologies.
4. Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
