IT Change Manager
Over 24 month contract 
Location either ACT, QLD, VIC
  
Requirements and Overview:
 
Understanding Agile project delivery framework and have experience in managing IT change within an Agile project or Program.

• Experience in a similar role in a Complex IT environment operating in a Multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with Program Managers and Product Owners translating technical requirements into business processes.
• Capability to develop reports/dashboards.
• Effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Experience using the preferred change methodology – Prosci.
