IT Business Analyst - Korean Speaker

Our client is a multinational Consumer Electronics manufacturer. A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Business Analyst to help the business stakeholders define their problems/challenges and provide end to end business solutions - leveraging our clients existing applications as much as possible.
  
The role is seen as a ‘go to’ person by the business for understanding how the internal Database and ERP platforms can fulfill their business needs.
  
Responsibilities include:  

•          Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to define business challenges and identify solution options.
•          Determine the best solution aligning with the overall strategy, and to utilise existing frameworks as much as possible
•          Preparation of documentation including user journeys, requirements, scope and plans
•          Recommend change and assist the business in implementing agreed changes
•          Work closely with the Development team, IT team other stakeholders to ensure the solution is delivered in line with requirements

Experience Required:  

•          Relevant Tertiary IT qualifications
•          A good knowledge of ERP systems and Databases
•          Excellent communication and presentation skills
•          Proactive tenacious attitude
•          Experience delivering to tight time frames

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and be fluent in both English and Korean.
