Manager Delivery Manager
18 month contract based in Canberra - Hybrid work options

Job details
Govt Client is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Delivery Mangers. The Delivery Manager roles will support a complex delivery related to either the Funding and Disclosure (FAD) legislative reforms or the Chief Information Officer Division IT Program Delivery initiatives. 

Some criteria required for this position.

1. Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in managing ICT projects to deliver to time, cost, quality, and scope.
2. Ability to foster team culture and lead small teams, including providing clear direction, effectively oversighting tasks and coaching to build high performance.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with influence, effectively interpret and synthesise technical information, and interact with people with diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage expectations across varied stakeholder groups.
5. Ability to conduct critical analysis and use available information and professional judgement to solve complex problems and implement pragmatic solutions.
6. Ability to effectively manage high volumes of work and competing priorities, including the ability to adapt and respond to change and manage changing team and stakeholder needs.
