Our client is an international leader in the Manufacture, Development and Supply of Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances and Communication products.
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to support the Field Sales Teams and Distribution Centers in maintaining a total sales service. Focusing on meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of their customers to ensure the provision of superior customer service and support.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a Call Centre position
- Experience working with the areas of customer support / service
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and numeric accuracy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
