Job Title:
Management Implementation and Support - Change Manager Our client is a NSW Government agency and they are seeking a true change manager, someone to support a systems project implementation Hands on self-directed Senior change manager required, experience operating with multiple stakeholders at exec level.
This is not a systems integration or training program.
- The change to be managed is largely around driving the adoption from the current vs future state processes and not a change to the system use itself.
- It is not envisaged any significant systems training will be required (if so, there are existing Training materials in place)
- The change will largely be business led but the role will drive the change activities across multiple divisions supported by Business SMES
- The change manager will be supported by FID SMES for business engagement
- Any understanding of Finance processes would be advantageous – Budgeting / Forecasting / Reporting and knowledge of SAP S4 Hana PPM/PS modules bit not essential
- Strong communication and presentation (written and verbal) skills at an Exco level are critical as well as experience leading change on a complex project, with multiple stakeholders
- Must be hands on and self-directing for all change related activities through the change lifecycle
