ITIL Change Manager
Sydney CBD based – hybrid work model Our client is seeking an
ITIL Change Manager to be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all changes.
You will also be responsible for
maintaining the health of the CMDB as part of change processes.
Job tasks and responsibilities - Authorise to implement or reject changes
- Coordinate and conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Monitor and report on noncompliance of Change Management policies and processes
- Conduct Post Change Reviews including unauthorised changes
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness of processes by implementing continuous improvement activities
- Consult and coach change requesters, coordinators, and implementers
- Manage internal & external stakeholders
- Maintain CMDB health as part of change processes
Skills and experience - Experience and knowledge of ITIL processes and how these integrate with Change and Configuration Management processes
- Experience in communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining relationships
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Experience using ServiceNow for Change Management and CMDB
