IT consulting firm specialising in design, implementation, and support of cloud solutions for our wide range of clients and sectors.
They require a skilled technical professional with a hands-on corporate IT support experience and willing to learn and grow into an IT infrastructure and cloud SME.
Someone who knows Intune, SCCM (this is still required), SOE design and implementation, Powershell (or a scripting language), and you must really know and understand this stuff! You’ll want to put in the effort and want to learn, you’re looking for a career, not just a job!
You will have the opportunity to learn and be trained on the job: - identity and access management, Okta, Azure AD

- Training in tech, in leadership (if they want. Ideally you will want to)
Ideally your Technical And Operational Experience Desirable - At least 2-3 plus min. years experience in IT/desktop support, hungry to learn, educated/certified in relevant areas.
- Office 365 administration
- Familiar with Endpoint management technologies, Intune or SCCM.
- Knowledge with PowerShell or shell scripting of some sort (must know your stuff)
- Exposure to cloud services and/or server virtualisation
- Experience in monitoring systems – Daily health check of systems
- Experience in an enterprise environment would be an advantage
Essential - Demonstrated communication skills (written/ spoken)
- Proven customer focus and a can-do attitude
- Windows server experience – DNS, DHCP, AD, file server.
- Active Directory - Setting up new users, maintaining the current AD structure, group membership, and group policies.
- Microsoft Windows - In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Desktop support experience
- Familiarity with the IT Operations framework – Service desk/ support
