The Client

The client, a global software company and leader in providing innovative software solutions, required specialist recruitment assistance across their ANZ business. The client’s recruitment requirements over a 2 year period for 37 staff members across a number of business units including Professional Services, Sales and Support. The positions included: Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Senior and Principal Consultants, Presales Consultants, Account Managers, Engagement Managers and Technical Support Analysts. In today’s competitive IT market recruiting niche skill sets is increasingly difficult both nationally and globally.

The Challenge

The client required BSI People to assist with extremely urgent key staff hires due to their client’s critical timeframes. BSI People were to manage and handle the full lifecycle hiring process, with the relevant client Hiring Managers, on boarding and also assisting with visa requirements in addition through to helping relocation of all overseas applicants, where applicable.

Our Solution

To ensure BSI People were effective we mobilised a purpose built team of two consultants plus a dedicated researcher to optimise the effective acquisition of this specialist talent in a timely fashion.  This included, managing the local recruitment process for the client handling the end to end recruitment process, managing local candidate’s expectations and being the client’s advocates on the ground in the Australian market.  BSI People worked closely with the ANZ Director of Services.

BSI People’s ability to engage overseas talent is evident by identifying and sourcing candidates from a range of countries including: India, Canada, USA, Brazil, UK, New Zealand and Australia

The Result

Due to the successful partnership and based on quality of delivery, BSI People was exclusively engaged to build and create talent for the client’s Cloud Computing requirements. Working closely with relevant hiring managers and the Director of Services, BSI People were able to work hand in hand with the client to ensure all requirements were successfully placed.

BSI People have recently been approved as a Supplier Vendor to the client and successfully provided permanent and contract resources across various engagements nationally. Our success in candidates presented has also been evident in our contractors being converted to Permanents with the client.
