Platinum Senior Executive Program

The process for the Platinum program follows several identical steps in terms of the pre-retrenchment briefing and communication of redundancy stages, as per the Silver and Gold programs. Thereafter, the service is tailored more for a senior executive and the service provision is all one-on-one, with a dedicated Senior Case Manager covering all issues that the Senior Manager is likely to encounter in a more individualised and customised fashion.

We work with them to help them achieve their, work/personal/social/family goals, whatever they may be. We provide them with career management guidance and advice; help them to manage the stress of their career transition; explore with them the various life style and career options; assist them in preparing for and communicating with the market; help them with networking and time management; as well as providing them with premium service case management including placement management and financial management as required.

Participants in the Platinum program have full access to our office facilities. They may book as many one-on-one sessions as they wish over a six-month period. Additional one-on-one support (beyond the free email and phone support), is available at a monthly fee.
