Outplacement Services - Three levels of Outplacement programs

Individual or Group Outplacement

In the Silver and Gold programs, where groups of more than six staff are made redundant, we offer a comprehensive outplacement program including a full day group workshop. If one to five individuals are made redundant, a combination of our services are offered with the exception of the workshop. However, all relevant workshop information is covered via individual, one-on-one sessions.

In the Platinum program, all service provision is one-on-one with a dedicated Senior Case Manager covering all issues that the Senior Manager is likely to encounter. We work with them to help them achieve their, work/personal/social/family goals, whatever they may be. They have full access to our office facilities. They may book as many one-on-one sessions as they wish over a six-month period.

The different levels of outplacement program are differentiated by the amount of support we provide for each outplaced individual.

The Silver Program is 6 weeks of continuous support designed for individuals who typically earn up to $50,000 p.a.

The Gold Program is 12 weeks of continuous support and is targeted to the needs of middle management, typically managers who earn between $50,000 and $100,000 p.a.

The Platinum Program is 26 weeks of continuous support and is designed for executives who typically earn in excess of $100,000.
