Pre-Retrenchment Consulting & Management Training
We understand that managers do not like having to retrench staff. They find it difficult and challenging. Consequently, we work with your management team to provide advice and support on how best to manage the human factors of the upcoming retrenchments.
We train the managers to facilitate the retrenchment process so that they feel more comfortable when undertaking the process of retrenching their staff. We also provide them with skills to better manage reactions and objections from retrenched staff.
Post Redundancy Services
BSI People continues to support its clients even after the formal outplacement program is complete. We work with you to assist you to deal with the many issues that arise after the event.
We can work with individual Managers who are requiring support or provide training to a full management team in a group workshop session. Either way the issues we typically assist with are:
