BSI People offers Outplacement services for one person or a number of individuals. We customise a solution from our three levels of Outplacement programs, differentiated by the amount of support we provide for each outplaced individual.

We are also able to offer our clients Pre-Retrenchment Consulting & Management Training - to prepare for the difficult challenge ahead - and Post Redundancy Services, to assist remaining staff and management to cope with the changes brought about by a reduction in staff numbers.
