BSI Contracting take a proactive, consultative approach to sourcing candidates. In addition to our CareerCare™ loyalty program, we have well networked consultants in their niche areas and receive our main source of candidates via networking and referrals. Depending on the nature of a specific role we also source candidates through industry search, advertising campaigns, database search or a combination of all of these.
BSI Contracting has a comprehensive recruitment methodology for the placement of contract personnel. After a comprehensive briefing we assess contractors’ resumes against the criteria first on paper, then by phone and finally fact to face. We can conduct technical and psychometric testing as required. We quickly present a shortlist of relevant and qualified candidates. We work closely with successful candidates for compliance, provide them with a contractor pack and assist them settle in. We can work with clients to provide induction for contractors.
